Orders require design approval and payment before production starts. Custom products generally cannot be returned or cancelled once production begins. We ship across India with tracking. Our liability is limited to the price you paid.

The Resin Box is a small family-run startup. We are not a registered corporation, partnership firm, or franchise. We operate as an individual proprietorship. When it refers to "you," "your," or "customer," it means any person using our website, contacting us, or purchasing from us.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the "Last Updated" date shown above. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
All keychains sold by The Resin Box are handcrafted individually. This means each piece is made by hand using epoxy resin, pigments, moulds, and various embellishments. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, shape, size, pattern, air bubble presence, and overall appearance are natural and expected. These variations are a characteristic of handmade art and are not considered defects.
Product images displayed on our website, Instagram page, or shared as design previews are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to ensure that product photos accurately represent our work, the actual product may vary slightly due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions during photography, and the natural characteristics of resin as a material.
Before we begin production on your custom keychain, we will share a design preview with you for approval. This preview may be a digital mockup or a photograph of a similar previous creation. The final product will be based on this preview, but minor differences are possible because each piece is poured and cured individually. By approving the design preview, you confirm that you are satisfied with the proposed design.
We use premium-grade epoxy resin, professional pigments, real dried flowers (where applicable), glitter, metallic foils, and durable metal keyring hardware. The specific materials used may vary depending on the design. If you have any allergies or material sensitivities, please inform us before placing your order.

Please provide as much detail as possible about the keychain you want, including the theme, colours, text, shape, quantity, and any reference images.
After receiving your enquiry, we will respond within 24 hours during working days (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST). We will share a design preview and a price quote based on your requirements.
You may request changes to the design preview. We are happy to revise the design until you are satisfied. However, please note that excessive revisions (more than 3 rounds of changes) may result in an additional design fee, which will be communicated to you in advance. Production will only begin after you provide explicit written or verbal approval of the final design.
After design approval, we will share payment details. Full payment is required before we begin production. We accept payments through UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and other digital payment methods as communicated during the ordering process. We do not currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
Your order is considered confirmed only after both conditions are met: (1) you have approved the design preview, and (2) we have received and verified your payment. Once confirmed, production will begin within 24 hours.
Important: We do not begin production until payment is received and verified. This protects both you (because we will not make something you have not approved) and us (because custom products cannot be resold to other customers).
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). The price of each keychain depends on the design complexity, size, materials used, embellishments, and quantity ordered. We provide a specific price quote for each order after understanding your requirements. The prices listed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on customization.
Unless otherwise stated, the quoted price includes the cost of the keychain itself — including resin, pigments, embellishments, metal hardware (keyring and connector), basic packaging, and labour. Shipping charges are not included in the product price and are charged separately.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location, package weight, and the courier partner used. The exact shipping cost will be communicated to you before you confirm your order. You will know the total cost (product + shipping) before making any payment.
We do not charge any hidden fees, processing fees, packaging fees, or service charges beyond what is communicated to you during the ordering process. The total amount you are asked to pay is the final amount.
For orders of 10 or more pieces, we offer volume discounts. The exact discount depends on the quantity and design complexity. Bulk pricing is provided on a case-by-case basis upon enquiry.
Standard production time is 3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation (after payment and design approval). This includes mould preparation, resin pouring, curing, finishing, and quality inspection. Bulk orders of 20 or more pieces may require 7 to 14 working days. We will provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.
Epoxy resin requires 24 to 48 hours to fully cure. We do not rush this process. Proper curing ensures your keychain is hard, glossy, scratch-resistant, and long-lasting. Rushing curing can result in a soft, cloudy, or brittle product, which we will not ship.
Every keychain is inspected before packaging for clarity, colour accuracy, finish quality, hardware attachment, and overall appearance. If a keychain does not meet our quality standard, we remake it. This may occasionally add 1 to 2 extra days to your timeline, but ensures you receive a product we are proud of.
We ship across India using reliable courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name, tracking number, and estimated delivery date with you via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM. Typical delivery time is 3 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Every keychain is carefully packaged with bubble wrap and protective material to minimize damage during shipping. Gift-ready packaging (with ribbon and card) is included for custom and premium orders.
While we make every effort to meet the estimated timelines, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated if any delay occurs and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
You may cancel or modify your order at any time before production begins. If you have already made payment and wish to cancel, we will issue a full refund within 7 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
Once production has begun (after your design approval and payment confirmation), cancellation is not possible. This is because custom keychains are made specifically to your design and cannot be resold to another customer. Modifications to the design after production has started may or may not be feasible depending on the stage of production — please contact us immediately if you need changes.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to material unavailability, inability to execute a design to our quality standards, or other unforeseen reasons. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund within 7 to 10 working days. We will never charge you for a product we are unable to deliver.

All original designs, product images, photographs, text, logos, and content on The Resin Box website are the intellectual property of The Resin Box and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
If you provide us with images, text, names, logos, or other content to include in your custom keychain, you confirm that you have the legal right to use that content. We are not responsible for verifying copyright or trademark ownership of customer-provided materials.
We do not use copyrighted images, logos, celebrity likenesses, sports team branding, movie or TV characters, or any third-party intellectual property in our products without proper authorization. If you request a design that involves third-party intellectual property, we may decline the order or suggest an alternative design that does not infringe on anyone's rights.
We may photograph your completed keychain and share it on our Instagram page, website, or other marketing channels as an example of our work, unless you specifically request us not to. No personal information (your name, contact details, etc.) will be shared alongside the product photo.
The Resin Box aims to provide high-quality handcrafted products and excellent customer service. However, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
Product Care Note: Resin keychains are durable but not indestructible. Avoid dropping them on hard surfaces, exposing them to extreme heat (above 50 degrees Celsius), or soaking them in water for extended periods. With normal use, your keychain should last for years.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to finding fair and reasonable solutions to any issues that may arise.
Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
