We ship across India with tracked couriers. Delivery takes 3-7 working days after dispatch. Shipping charges are communicated before order confirmation. Since keychains are custom-made, returns are generally not accepted. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. This includes all major cities, towns, and most rural areas serviced by our courier partners. We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside India and would like to place an order, please contact us to discuss feasibility and shipping options.
We use reputable courier services that operate across India. The specific courier used for your order may vary depending on your location, package weight, and service availability. Common courier partners we work with include India Post, DTDC, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and similar services. The courier name will be shared with you when your order is dispatched.

The exact shipping charge will be communicated to you before you confirm your order. You will know the full cost (product + shipping) before making any payment. There are no hidden delivery charges.
We take packaging seriously because resin keychains, while durable, can crack if dropped from a height during transit. Every order is packaged with:
If the courier is unable to deliver your package (for example, if no one is available to receive it), they will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is complete and accurate, including your full name, house/flat number, street, landmark, city, state, and pin code. If a package is returned to us or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you, we are not responsible for the loss. Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges.
All keychains sold by The Resin Box are custom-made to your specific design, colours, text, and specifications. Because each piece is crafted uniquely for you and cannot be resold to another customer, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
This is standard practice for custom and personalized products across the handmade industry. We ensure you are fully satisfied with the design before starting production through our design preview and approval process.
We will accept a return or issue a refund in the following situations:
If your keychain arrives cracked, broken, chipped, or otherwise damaged due to shipping, we will resolve the issue. To claim a shipping damage resolution:
After reviewing your photos and claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
Important: Do not discard the damaged product or packaging until your claim is fully resolved. We may ask you to return the damaged item in some cases. Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution as courier companies do not accept late claims.
If you receive a keychain that significantly differs from the design you approved — for example, wrong colours, wrong text, wrong shape, or wrong theme — we will resolve the issue at no cost to you. To claim:
If the product genuinely does not match the approved design, we will craft a corrected replacement and ship it to you at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.
Note: Minor variations in shade, pattern, and finish that are natural to the handmade process are not considered mismatches. The approved design is a preview, not an exact specification. Only significant and obvious differences qualify for this claim.
If your order is not delivered within 14 working days of dispatch (or within the timeframe communicated to you), and the courier tracking shows no movement or a delivery failure, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier partner and take one of the following actions:
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:
You may cancel your order at any time before production begins. Production begins after both of these conditions are met: (1) you approve the design preview, and (2) we receive your payment. If you cancel before both conditions are met, no charges apply.
If you have already made a payment and wish to cancel before production starts, we will issue a full refund within 7-10 working days to your original payment method.
Once production has begun, cancellation is not possible. This is because:
We understand that situations change, and we encourage you to finalize your design and confirm your intent before approving the design preview.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your order. This could happen if:
If we cancel your order for any reason, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund within 7-10 working days. We will never charge you for a product we cannot deliver.
To request a refund for any eligible reason described above, contact us through any of the following channels:
When contacting us, please provide your name, phone number, order details (design type, date of order), and the reason for your refund request. If applicable, include photographs.
After receiving your refund request, we will review it within 2-3 working days. We may ask for additional information or photographs during this review period. We will communicate our decision to you clearly, along with the reason and the resolution offered.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the order. If you paid via UPI, the refund will be sent to the same UPI ID. If you paid via bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the same bank account. We do not issue refunds in cash or to different accounts without proper verification.
If a refund is issued due to a fault on our part (damaged product, design mismatch, or order cancelled by us), the shipping charges will also be refunded in full. If a refund is issued due to a cancellation requested by you before production, only the product amount is refunded — shipping charges (if already collected) are also refunded since the product has not been shipped.
We do not offer direct exchanges (sending back one product and receiving a different one) because each keychain is custom-made. If your product arrives damaged or does not match your approved design, we will craft a new replacement rather than asking you to exchange the existing one.
If you would like to order a different design after receiving your order, you are welcome to place a new order through our regular ordering process.
To ensure your resin keychain lasts as long as possible, please follow these care guidelines:
With normal everyday use and reasonable care, your resin keychain can maintain its clarity, colour, and gloss for years.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution we have offered for a damage claim, refund request, or any other issue, please reach out to us again. We are always open to discussing the matter further and finding a fair solution.
We encourage all disputes to be resolved through direct communication before taking any other action. You can escalate your concern by emailing us at magicmold.art@gmail.com with the subject line "Dispute Resolution" and we will prioritize your case.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute through mutual discussion, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
